In general, Rentlisting.net is a site intended to market the real estate
property management services to landlords and tenants. Viewing and use
of this site for any other reason is not permitted. Where this site
contains any offer or solicitation to conduct business, such offers and
solicitations are deemed as made only to consumers of real estate
services within the state of California, USA. This is not a public
posting site. This is not a “prepaid” rent list under California
Department of Real Estate regulations and definitions.
Consumer's Duty to Verify Physical Property
Components and Broker's Right to Revoke Any Offers
All property information with respect to dwelling square footage, lot
square footage, and any statements of any physical dimensions are all
approximations and none are guarantied. Consumers are advised to
investigate for themselves the actual measurements of any physical
components of any real property offered for rent on this site prior to
signing any agreement of tenancy. All rents advertised in this site are
subject to change at any time and without prior notice. If a rent price
advertised in this site differs from the rent price listed in the
records in the offices of the real estate broker, then the real estate
broker shall have the right to revoke any offer of tenancy created by
any advertisement on this site.

Privacy Policies Personal Information
In general, you can visit Rentlisting.net on the Internet without
telling us who you are and without giving any personal information about
yourself. There are times, however, when we or our partners may need
information from you.
You may choose to give us personal information in a variety of

For example, you may want to give us information, such as your name and
address or e-mail id, to correspond with you. We intend to let you know
how we will such information to make further contact with you beyond

contained in any “DO NOT” registry in which User may have enrolled. In
exchange for the valuable consideration of the Users free access to this
site, the site owners reserve the right to call, mail, and email any
User of this site. The site owner’s rights hereunder shall expire 18
months from any User’s last recorded viewing and use of this site.
Information Security and Quality.
We intend to protect your personal information and to maintain its
quality. We implement appropriate measures and processes, such as using
encryption when transmitting certain sensitive information, to help us
maintain the accuracy of the information we collect and to help us
